· Conduct routine inspection, preventivemaintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in heavy equipment andcompany vehicles.
· Repair and replace faulty wiring, harnesses,lighting systems, alternators, starters, batteries, and other electrical parts.
· Diagnose and repair electronic control units(ECUs), sensors, and computerized components.
· Read and interpret electrical schematics,wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
· Perform electrical upgrades and installationsof accessories when necessary.
· Ensure compliance with safety standards andproper handling of electrical equipment.
· Coordinate with mechanics, supervisors, andoperators regarding equipment conditions and needed repairs.
· Prepare job reports and maintenancedocumentation after every service performed.
· Monitor and manage inventory of electricalspare parts and consumables.
· Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of workarea and tools.
· Attend training sessions and stay updated onmodern diagnostic techniques and technologies.
· Vocational Diploma/Technical Certificate inAutomotive Electrical Technology or related field.
· At least 2 years of experience as anelectrician in heavy equipment and automotive maintenance.
· Strong understanding of electrical andelectronic systems in heavy machinery and vehicles.
· Ability to read and interpret electricaldiagrams and manuals.
· Familiarity with computerized diagnosticsequipment.
· Physically fit and willing to work in fieldconditions.
· Safety-conscious with attention to detail.
